Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please review our cancellation schedule carefully prior to booking confirmations.

• Cancellation 30 days or more before travel: 15% booking deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation 15-29 days before travel: 50% package cost is forfeited.
• Cancellation 0-14 days before travel: 100% package cost is forfeited.

Refund processing takes up to 7-10 bank working days and is subject to the individual refund terms of our hotel partners.
