To book a package, submit an inquiry form on any package page or chat with our experts on WhatsApp. We will gather your requirements, send you a customized itinerary PDF, and walk you through confirmation deposits once you are satisfied with the details.
Do you offer flight booking services?
Yes! While our package details do not display flight pricing, our ticketing desk can coordinate and book return flights from any Indian city (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.) to your tour start point at competitive airline rates.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Our cancellation policy is detailed on our cancellation page. Refund amounts depend on how early you cancel relative to your departure date and are subject to the policies of our partner hotels and ground transport operators.
Do we need tourist permits for destinations like Sikkim and Kashmir?
Yes, high-altitude regions like Nathula Pass/North Sikkim or certain areas of Ladakh/Gulmarg require security permits. Trips Explore Holidays manages all permit document collection and registration approvals. You only need to share Aadhaar details and photos.
Are meals included in the packages?
Standard hotel stays include daily breakfast. Our Alleppey houseboats include all meals (lunch, dinner, snacks, breakfast) prepared by private chefs. You can add dinner options (MAP plan) to your standard package during customization.
