Day-wise Itinerary
Day 1Bagdogra (IXB) to Gangtok (120 km / 4.5 hrs)
Arrive at Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station. Meet our driver and enjoy a scenic drive to Gangtok, running alongside the roaring Teesta River. Check in to your premium hotel in Gangtok. Evening is free to walk down MG Marg. Overnight in Gangtok.
Day 2Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir Excursion
After breakfast, go on an excursion to the sacred glacial Tsomgo Lake (3,753m) and Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir. Enjoy the snow and high-altitude views. (Nathula Pass visit can be added subject to permit availability). Return to Gangtok. Overnight stay.
Day 3Gangtok Sightseeing & Transfer to Darjeeling (100 km / 4 hrs)
Visit the Do Drul Chorten, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, and Flower Exhibition Centre. Next, drive to Darjeeling, the Queen of Hills. Check in to your resort in Darjeeling. Overnight stay.
Day 4Darjeeling Sunrise & Local Sights
Wake up at 4:00 AM and drive to Tiger Hill to watch the sunrise over Mount Kanchenjunga. On the way back, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast, visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Zoo, Tibetan Self-Help Center, and Happy Valley Tea Estate. Overnight in Darjeeling.
Day 5Darjeeling to Bagdogra / NJP Departure (70 km / 3 hrs)
After breakfast, check out of your hotel and transfer to Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station for your departure.
